Hey, I know that this is a really cool idea, but I'd like to ask you to reconsider keeping this on your blog. No kind of fish should ever be kept in a bowl, never mind a used vodka bottle as tiny as these. There's not enough water in there to (a) keep the water clean, leading to infections and generally being gross and sucking for the fish, (b) keep ammonia levels in check, aka making sure their water isn't poisonous to them, nor (c) keep the water the correct temperature for a tropical fish such as a betta. This is basically the fish equivalent of keeping someone locked in a solitary confinement cell, except that it's airtight and filled with poisonous gas and their own excrement. In other words, it's animal abuse (though perhaps unintentionally). I know you blog about a lot of stuff that some folks might consider "unsavoury," but I think it's really a different issue when it comes to human harm of a living animal. This post might encourage people to harm their pets by copying it, and I really don't think that's ok. I'm not trying to tell you how to run your blog, I just thought you might not have known too much about the effects of keeping fish this way, and I'd really appreciate it if you considered taking this post down. Crystal Skull terrariums would be SWEET though...
