Spider Webs Blanket Parts of Australia

In the town of Wagga Wagga in New South Wales, Australia, rising flood waters have forced uncountable spiders to seek shelter on higher ground on March 7, 2012. Spiderwebs have overtaken bushes, shrubs, fields, and the occasional dog, some resembling sheets blowing in the wind. Experts say the spiders may be spinning the webs to help them survive the deluge, which forced nine thousand residents to evacuate their homes over the past week.
